Victoria Line Suspended Due to Signal Failure

The entire Victoria line is suspended, leaving commuters stranded underground in Tube trains.

Transport for London reported that the suspension is due to a signal failure at Green Park.

There are also severe delays on the Bakerloo line because of an earlier fire alert.

The Windrush Line is part-suspended between Clapham Junction and Wandsworth Road due to a previous signal failure at West Croydon.

Commuter Experiences

One commuter on the Victoria line said, “Stuck in a tunnel on the Victoria line and whenever the driver speaks we can’t hear him.”

They added, “Tannoy not working. It’s very hot, when will we move?”

Transport for London apologized, stating, “Currently, we are operating with severe delays while we fix a signal failure at Green Park. I hope you are on the move soon.”

A second commuter mentioned they had been stuck in a tunnel between two stations for 30 minutes.
